MoldGone is a professional mold remediation and inspection service provider. The Site is used to provide information about our services and to collect service inquiries from prospective customers. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding service contract until a formal written agreement has been executed between MoldGone and the customer.

Any quote or estimate provided through the Site or by phone or email is preliminary and based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is subject to an in-person site assessment and will be confirmed in a written service agreement. Prices are subject to change based on actual conditions found on-site.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions — is the property of MoldGone or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MOLDGONE, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from use of the Site exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to MoldGone in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MoldGone regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
